Carpenter

Ballard based design/build company is seeking a motivated, experienced Foreman to join our team. Our work is focused in the greater Seattle area and surrounding cities to the North. Our work primarily consists of full re/design and full home remodels with occasional kitchen/bathroom work. Most of our work is mid to high range and quality is our number one focus. We are looking for the right person who has high standards for his/her work and expects no less from their crew. Our reputation is based on quality, not only in our work but our employees. This is a Full-Time position.

3-5 years of carpentry experience, finish carpentry skills is preferred as well.

· Provide own tools (hand and power) that is customary for a Journey Level Carpenter

· Proficient with operating power tools safely

· Knowledgeable at reading plans and blueprints

· Thorough knowledge of all construction trades and the ability to supervise and manage all construction trades.

· Proficient with time management and scheduling

· Strong leadership ability with crew and eager to train

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), Spanish is a bonus

· Ability to work well on a team and individually

· Must hold a valid Washington state driver’s license, along with good driving record.

· Reliable transportation
