We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Blue Water Developmental Housing, Inc. as a Part-Time Administrative Focus Recruiter (AFR). In this essential role, you'll manage the administrative side of the recruitment process, helping ensure new employees are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with state and organizational standards.

Job Description:
As an Administrative Focus Recruiter, you will oversee the backend coordination of the hiring process. This includes reviewing applications, tracking onboarding requirements, scheduling post-offer screenings, and completing background and reference checks. You will work closely with the Engagement Focus Recruiter and HR Manager.
Location & Schedule:
Location: St. Clair, MI
Schedule: Part-time, weekday hours.
Rate of Pay:
$19.85 – $28.79 per hour

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role.
- Experience using Paycor or other HR systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
