Description:
The Client Intake Specialist will answer phones for the agency, communicate agency services to prospective clients/family members, transfer clients to other parties as necessary to assist in customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.

Answer incoming calls and communicate agency services to prospective clients/family members.

Gather client intake information for Marketing/Admissions team.

Schedule Clinical Liaison admission appointments.

Manage referral spreadsheet.

Make calls to clients for emergency preparedness, holiday care, etc.

Maintain daily stand up log.
