INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The arcade & mini-golf attendant position regulates guests’ entry into and out of the golf course. Responsible for assisting guests with the game card kiosk and prize redemption. Work is performed under the general supervision of Attractions Management.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Arcade:
- Operate POS register for game card sales, registration, balance checks, & prize redemptions.
- Manage the inventory of department supplies, redemption prizes, & arcade game supplies according to company policies & standards.
- Conduct all opening and closing procedures (e.g., Restocking supplies, prize room, cranes, game floor, and counter cleaning).
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's arcade game inventory and game operations.
- Maintain games, signage, & counters clear and visibly attractive to customers.
- Take out trash and replace each bin liner at the end of each shift.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Mini-Golf:
- Greet customers and complete all sales transactions.
- Perform shift opening and closing duties.
- Provide golf balls and clubs to mini-golf customers.
- Operate cash register, receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable.
- Inspect mini golf course and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.
- Remove trash before the entrance and clear all bins throughout the course.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee must frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We need each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same enthusiasm and dedication as you would with your regular job duties.
