INTRODUCTION
Provide a top-notch guest experience through thorough cleaning and organization of assigned areas. Provide direct assistance in room cleanliness, support of common areas, and other projects.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations. Ensure beds are prepared to expectations with fresh linens.
- Support room attendants and housekeeping team with the delivery of supplies and organization of supplies/essentials. This may include delivery to guests as requested.
- Ensure cleanliness of communal areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and other floor treatment needs.
- May support guests with assistance in transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room.
- Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.
- Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Ensure the property is always guest-ready.
- Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to talk or listen. The employee must often lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
