About the Role:
As a Laundry Attendant at our Sun Outdoors Sugar Loaf Key location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities, as well as ensuring that all linens and towels are washed, dried, and folded to our high standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be essential in providing our guests with a positive experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Sort and wash all linens and towels according to established procedures
- Dry and fold all linens and towels, ensuring they are properly stored and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- May assist with housekeeping if necessary based on occupancy and/or staffing challenges
Skills:
