INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the work activities of maintenance staff to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property and equipment. The Maintenance Technician Supervisor ensures daily operational requirements are satisfied for optimal operational efficiency and exceeding customer guest expectations. Assign duties, inspect work, investigate complaints regarding maintenance and equipment, and take corrective action. May purchase maintenance supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals. They are responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and common areas.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is experienced in electrical, hydraulic, and other systems. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.

- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Overseeing the Maintenance team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, such as a toolbox. Occasionally, the employee will lift and / or move up to 75 pounds, such as piping and pool valves. The employee will sometimes push / pull items such as tables, scaffolds, and air compressors. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times you may be required to cover or assist with tasks / job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
