INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
A Security Guard's responsibilities are to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
- Trained in First Aid / BLS and self-defense

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 75 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times you may be required to cover or assist with tasks / job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
