About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Guard to join our team at the Comfort Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Oceanfront. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. You will be required to monitor and control access to the premises, respond to emergencies, and conduct regular patrols of the hotel. This is an overnight full time position. The hours are 10pm to 6am. Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in access control, asset protection, and fire safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience with wireless technology and radio communication
- Knowledge of environmental controls and fire alarm systems
Responsibilities:
