INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout the Blue Water portfolio to candidates with their own camper and a desire to work and live on the property for the defined season/period.
Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement, Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement, Blue Water provides free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per workcamper agreement), wages for all hours worked, and an opportunity for an end-of-agreement bonus.
Pay and Benefits:
We're looking for Workcampers with campground/hotel experience who own an RV/Camper. Someone who can work independently or as part of a team on demand has strong attention to detail and is interested in providing exceptional guest services. Workcampers are required to work 32-40 hours a week depending on campground needs WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Hourly wage rates vary depending on role, state, skills, and experience.
- Workamping-Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits, but they are eligible for sick time and holiday pay.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
- The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures.
