Job Title: Loan Processor

Position Summary:
Come work for a great local company in a friendly fast-paced environment. We are looking for over achievers who have specific residential mortgage loan processing experience. Having a desire to succeed in the mortgage industry and help serve our clients and sales staff if a must.
Major Functions:
- Reviewing and validating loan data via our mortgage origination software to ensure accurate mortgage applications.
- Manage an operation pod of 2-3 people to keep all loans moving efficiently through the pipeline.
- Work closely with underwriters and investors to help meet loan requirements.
Other Functions:
- Income and Asset Review
- Cursory Review of Appraisal and Title work.
- Calling pertinent parties to the transaction to make requests and keep them informed
- Maintaining a production pipeline
Required Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task.
- Proficient in Excel and other loan applications.
Salary:
- $50,000 depending on level of skill set.
- This position allows for the opportunity to earn bonus as you advance.
- Other benefits include, initial licensing costs paid by Blue Water, medical, dental, vision, long/short term disability, 401K with employer match and PTO.
