Clinical LPN - Dental Surgery

Job Summary

Blue Water Oral and Facial Surgery is looking to expand our team to add a Full Time (30-40 hours per week) LPN to our fast paced oral surgery offices located in the Twin Ports, Virginia and Grand Rapids. We are looking for a self-starter, team-orientated person with patient care as a top priority. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

• Completion of accredited program
• Must have a current CPR/BLS
• Current MN LPN license
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Occasionally lift / hold up to 20lbs

Responsibilities:

• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Greet and prepare patients for treatment
• Assist doctor with surgical treatment procedures under different sedation levels
• Anesthesia / airway monitoring
• Recovery and post-op monitoring
• Documentation of medical histories
• Triage and route post-op nurse notes from patients as needed
