Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance and a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Pool Repair Technician, you will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and completing all repair tickets as well as repair light fittings, leaks, cracks, and faulty equipment. Some tasks performed are installing or replacement of lights, pump jets, fixing/replacing pool equipment such as motors, system panels, or plumbing.
Duties
- Perform some pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Clean/drain pools by use of sump pump, transfer pump, shovel, or vacuum.
- Use hand tools and power tools as needed to repair equipment.
- Diagnose and Repair Equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, timers, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Install new filtration systems, heaters, lighting, or automation systems
- Document service performed and communicate frequently with Repair Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
