We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions Manager to join our team. This role is heavily phone-based—you will spend most of your time in the office making calls, following up with leads, and negotiating deals. Some days, you will be on the phone all day. Other days you will be out of the office meeting with sellers all day. The ideal candidate is someone who is fearless in conversations, thrives in a high-energy sales environment, is a motivated self-starter and is eager to maximize their financial success.
Compensation:$36,000 plus commission
Responsibilities:- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage with potential sellers
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners to uncover their true selling motivations
- Conduct property visits and seller appointments, negotiating win-win agreements
- Attend trainings, networking events, industry meetings, and outreach initiatives to develop new lead sources
- Demonstrate resilience and overcome objections to get contracts signed
- After training, perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site visits, market trends, and research
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until all deals are closed
- Sales experience preferred – If you’ve closed deals in any industry, we want to hear from you
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone – This role is call-intensive
- Confidence in having direct, sometimes uncomfortable conversations
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills – You know how to uncover needs and present solutions
- Self-motivated and results-driven – You take initiative and don’t need constant supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented – You can efficiently manage follow-ups and close deals

Work Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 12 PM - 8 PM
- Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Every Other Saturday: 10 AM - 1 PM
- After hours calls/appointments as necessary
