We are looking for responsible, professional drivers, with a CDL license, who can deliver above and beyond customer service! Our 14-Passenger shuttle business is growing and we need a primary chauffeur for this vehicle.
Blue Water Sedans is a locally owned, well-established, door-to-door car and shuttle service looking for hardworking people to join our expanding team. We offer flexible schedule options, competitive pay, the opportunity to earn tips for a job well done, and a team working environment.
Responsibilities:
· Picking up passengers at a scheduled location and taking them safely to their destination
· At all times behave and converse in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
· Prepping and inspecting your assigned vehicle before each shift
· Opening/closing vehicle doors for clients and loading and unloading luggage
Qualifications:
· All applicants MUST be 25 years of age or older
· Good driver with a clean DMV record (MUST bring a current DMV printout to initial interview)
· CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's license, with passenger endorsement
· Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance or damage to items
· Must be able to pass pre-employment & random drug/alcohol testing (including marijuana) and background check
· Customer service experience is highly preferred but not required
· Prior driving experience is preferred
· Applicants living in Santa Cruz County preferred
· New hires are subject to an initial 90-day probationary period
Availability:
· Applicants must be available for weekend work as this is the primary time the shuttle is booked.
Wage:
· Pay varies and is based on the rides given and gratuity earned, but most drivers earn an average of $30 /hr when driving our shuttle and $25 /hr when driving our Sedans or SUVs.
