We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to drive revenue growth and foster long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilize Microsoft CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Reefer Management to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to clients, addressing any technical inquiries they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in freight forwarding
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques that foster teamwork in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Proficient in using CRM, transport systems and excel for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
