Greet all customers in a friendly manner, speaking to as many customers as possible
Respond to all customer questions
Support and follow all customer service guidelines
Maintain records
Properly execute up-selling strategies
Adhere to SOPs to promote a positive customer experience.
Communicate effectively with crew members and team management
Inventory Associate Requirements
Applicants for the Inventory Associate position must be eighteen years of age or older
