Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, talent management, and effective recruiting strategies. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles within the organization.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded into the company culture.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as Paychex and Lever for tracking candidates and managing recruitment workflows.
• Engage in internal recruiting efforts to promote existing employees into new roles or leadership positions.
• Participate in executive recruiting initiatives for high-level positions within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on interviewing and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex and Lever is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building relationships within the industry.

Pay: $50,912.00 - $100,000.00 per year
