Your Role:
As a Social Commerce Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing partnerships between Brands & Creators within TikTok Shop. Your role will bridge the gap between brands, creators, and TikTok’s affiliate ecosystem for a book of business (6-7 clients) through mass outreach and creator partnership approaches. This person will work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders along with the Director of Social Commerce to craft and implement these affiliate strategies.

Your Role:

In the 1st month, you will…
- Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and social commerce philosophy
- Proactively identify and onboard mass affiliates via the TikTok Affiliate Center
- Discover and begin to cultivate creator partnerships, who you’ll foster relationships with through education and consistent collaboration
- Manage approvals, samples, creative messaging, and postings to ensure alignment on brand objectives
- Monitor performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients
- Implement affiliate strategies to boost traffic and sales on TikTok Shop
- Enhance affiliate program visibility and effectiveness through strategic adjustments
- Stay up to date on TikTok Shop’s features, trends, and algorithm changes to maximize affiliate success for your clients
- Design and Execute affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance and making data driven adjustments
- Develop a playbook of what you’ll need to be successful in your role
- 2-3 years experience in a social media and/or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and/or TikTok with a passion to learn social commerce
- Ability to design, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Can communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teammates
- Proficiency in tracking affiliate metrics; GMV, revenue share, creator performance, etc
- Creativity and experience bringing new platforms and ideas to fruition
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
