Service Delivery Specialist at Blue Wireless
Based on our offices located in US, as a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services for customers across the Americas region, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion.
As we quickly expand across the region, the role will demand a self-starter, well-organized, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview across the region, while being able to zoom-in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).
So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
Order Lifecycle Management - Take responsibility for successful completion of orders throughout the cycle, which includes:
- Order Planning - Work with customers, field engineers and other parties to schedule installations according to meet assigned service levels
- Order Preparation - Work with internal teams to source, configure, pack, ship and deliver all service elements
- Order Completion - Assist technical teams on the completion of orders, assist on escalations, work to customer satisfaction
Partner Management - Manage assigned Field Engineers and Alliance Partners in various countries, including:
- Training & Enablement – providing partner with adequate training and resources to support Blue Wireless work
- Ongoing Management – ensuring work is done to specifications, deadlines are met etc.
Reporting and Process Management - Work with the Service Delivery team leader and Head of Operations on managing overall order flow and assist on
- (SLA) Reporting - Ensuring Data Accuracy and insightful metrics to assist internal teams and customers
- Process Improvement - to increase efficiency of systems and processes, effectiveness on delivery etc.
Project Management - work with Customers, Partners and Internal Teams on complex projects as and when required
If you -
- keep a positive, problem-solving attitude
- have great organization skills, accurate when processing and giving information
- have Minimal Bachelor Education
- are good communicator, and take your own initiative
- have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish is a huge advantage
- have 1 year of experience in an international business environment is advantageous but not a must
- are passionate for technology and enterprise networks is a nice-to-have
