What you'll do :
Lead Design Strategy & Execution
- Lead the UX design process end-to-end for AI-enhanced products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Own the design vision for generative AI features and ensure consistency across platforms, adhering to design systems and standards.
- Apply UX best practices to translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, ensuring that AI-generated content feels natural and enhances usability.

Who you are :
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD).

The salary range for this position is : USD $114,103.81 - $143,896.18
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
