You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to articulate our data science services, ensuring they deliver measurable value.

This role requires a blend of deep expertise in data science, analytics, supply chain knowledge, and customer relationship management. You will lead the development of advanced machine learning models and data solutions that directly support organizational goals, while ensuring that data initiatives are impactful, scalable, and aligned with customer needs. What You'll Do :
Thought Leadership, Roadmap & Research (45%)
- Develop and communicate Blue Yonder's data science vision and strategy
- Drive innovation in AI and machine learning techniques for supply chain optimization
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, LLMs, and fine-tuning techniques
- Contribute to industry publications and represent Blue Yonder at conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge AI into our SaaS offerings
Team Leadership, Guidance & Development (10%)
Sales, Customer Retention, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (20%)
Oversight of Data Science Projects (25%)

The salary range for this position is $186,626.00 to $284,687.00 US
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
