What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement IT project plans aligned with business goals. Lead teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes, manage portfolio alignment, and utilize DevOps frameworks for strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Risk and Change Management: Identify and mitigate project risks Manage change requests and scope adjustments to achieve project goals
- Tools and Technology: Evaluate and implement advanced tools and technologies Stay informed about emerging IT trends to enhance the organization's technology posture
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize effectiveness
- Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure deliverables meet expectations Use project management software to track progress
- Leadership and Team Development: Foster teamwork and collaboration Mentor junior project managers to enhance their skills
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize project management processes Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement
- Coordination and Delivery: Coordinate key business decisions and initiatives for the IT organization Define success measures and partner with leadership to achieve IT targets and process improvements
- Prioritization and Strategy: Lead prioritization of program initiatives in connection with overarching strategy and act as an IT champion
- Issue and Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks, integrating business perspectives into solutions
- Relationship Building: Establish working relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
- 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams, manage conflicts, and negotiate solutions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior executives and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of IT security frameworks, tools, and standards
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast costs, and make data-driven decisions
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation to ensure successful outcomes
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships
- Knowledge of contract management principles, including negotiation and vendor management
- Ability to align project goals with strategic priorities and long-term vision
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and drive project success
- Experience driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with multidiscipline teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with flexibility and accountability in a dynamic environment
- Passion for results and continuous improvement, with the drive to motivate stakeholders
- Strong meeting facilitation skills and ability to prioritize and communicate decisions effectively
