Blue Yonder Job Title : Sr. Manager Solutions Marketing, High TechSynonymous Job Title : Sr. Marketing ManagerLocation : US - REMOTEOverview : Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager to drive the development of industry positioning and go-to-market plans for hi-tech manufacturing.The successful candidate will understand the broader context of end-to-end hi-tech supply chain processes. Experience in industry is welcome.Scope : The Solution Marketing Manager will have a deep understanding of the buyer personas within the Hi-tech supply chain, awareness of industry trends, and the competitive landscape. They will help create compelling go to market plans, content and messaging that resonate with their market segments.In addition to building strong relationships with product management, marketing and sales, they will bring an outside-in perspective to understand customer needs and buyer personas across multiple products.They will have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into value-driven positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with customers along each stage of the buying process.What you'll do : Develop industry positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted buyers by understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.Create, and execute the industry marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products to optimize reach, customer acquisition and retention.Analyze competitive positions and provide key insights to guide industry-based go to market initiatives.Drive development of web site copy, digital demand messaging as well as seller content and enablement.Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders like product management, sales, demand generation, analyst relations and customer success to execute winning marketing initiatives.Serve as a subject matter expert on the hi-tech industry internally and externally, creating and delivering presentations with confidence.Monitor market and competitive trends and messaging, feeding insights back into internal sales and industry teams to adjust strategies, product positioning, offers, and execution as needed.What we are looking for : 3 years of software marketing experience preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or SaaS.A deep understanding of high-tech and semiconductors in a multi-tier supply chain context.Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant marketing experience required. MBA is a plus.Self-starter with proven planning and project management skills, with proven ability to oversee complex projects from origin to execution.Experience in these additional marketing areas is a plus : demand generation, communications, branding, and product marketing.Excellent listening, oral and written communication / presentation skills with strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Available to work in a distributed, global time zone environment.#US-REMOTE The salary range for this position is : $120,334.55 - $ 151,665.44 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
