Job Description:
BlueArrow Telematics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Orders and Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assemble and Configure certain products
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Assist customers with order-related questions and provide support as needed
- Reconciliation of equipment invoices from vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, or customer service is a plus
- Associates degree or Bachelors degree is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks is a bonus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
