Job Description:
Our restaurant Blueberyy's Grill is seeking a friendly and welcoming hostess to join our team. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. Our restaurant is open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, which gives you the flexibility to have time with your loved ones, kids, and family, plus friends in the afternoons.
As a hostess, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table
- Answering guests' questions about the menu and specials
- Managing the waiting list and seating guests
- Keeping the dining area clean and organized
- Assisting servers with their duties when necessary
