Job Overview
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Bluebird Hunter Lodge. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen, bars, restaurants, and events staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with the General Manager for banquet functions and work closely with other department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Represent Hunter Lodge and Lark Hotels with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in managerial roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff in English.
