The Company: Bluebird Fiber is a premier fiber telecommunications provider of internet, data transport, and other services to carriers, businesses, schools, hospitals, and other enterprises in the Midwest.
The Job: The Service Implementation Specialist will specialize in Vendor Management and Service Delivery and be responsible for negotiating competitive pricing from Bluebird Fiber’s “last mile,” data center, and other third party service providers. The Service Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring all Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) are tracked and managed throughout their lifecycles. The ideal candidate must also possess the skillset to learn cross-departmental functions and be customer-oriented. This individual will process a variety of customer orders and act as a project manager to assist downstream groups with remaining on task to deliver network services to customers.
