EPIC SYSTEMS ANALYST (Generalist) 6 month contract with likely extensions!
LOCATION / RESIDENCE : SOUTH CENTRAL ALASKA
ON-SITE / REMOTE POLICY : Must be on-site 2 weeks per month
From the Manager : We need someone who has touched as many Epic modules as possible. I don't need someone who's an expert in any one area but someone who can handle troubleshooting, maintenance and support for a wide variety of Epic.
SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to provide Epic application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for a signed applications and back up support for other supported applications. This includes integration and information exchange support. In this role, you will be the Epic Technical Support for the clinical and business information systems needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serves at the day-to-day contact person for Epic technical support
- Goal is to provide technical support to end users that ensure continuity of hospital system operations
- Supports and collaborates with other IS team members all focused on the critical continuity of operations
- Strong customer service
- Responds to and completes service requests in a timely and professional manner.
