As a key member of a multidisciplinary recovery team, you’ll offer support through crisis intervention, connect families to vital community resources, and provide rehabilitative services. You’ll be utilizing your knowledge of behavioral health, including medications, substance use treatment, and evidence-based practices, to make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with youth and families through engagement and support
- Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and connect individuals to crucial community resources
- Assess individuals’ strengths and needs, creating tailored Person-Centered Recovery Plans
- Document services in a timely manner and ensure consistent follow-up care
- Collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to youth recovery
- Use innovative thinking and resilience to navigate challenging situations and crises

Location: Round Rock; Williamson County
Salary: $21.46 – $30.71/hr
Applicable Differentials:
Up to $4.00/hour, tenure with BTCS
$1.00/hr Master’s degree
$0.75/hr Bilingual
Up to $2.00/hour, previous community center experience in a similar position
$1.00/hour, advanced licensure
$0.50/hour, LCDC

Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field.
Bilingual preferred.
