Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing engineer to design, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to produce high-quality products.
Essential Functions :
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling, reducing lead times and costs.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Support capacity increases and quality improvements across all lines including weld, machining and injection molding.
- Analyze technical problems, recommend solutions, and propose procedural changes to ensure ISO compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support quality inspection applications.
- Assist Operations with in-sourcing and re-shoring products from suppliers.
- Supervise and mentor Manufacturing Engineering Technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
This is an onsite position with the ability to set a flexible first shift schedule : 7-3 : 30; 7 : 30-4 or 8-5.
Compensation is 100k-130k DOE
