Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Yacht Broker with previous experience in the marine industry and a proven book of businessto represent Bluechip Yacht Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of the brokerage process, and a passion for boating and the lifestyle it represents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Bluechip Yacht Sales professionally while managing the sale or purchase of pre-owned yachts and boats.
• Leverage your existing book of business to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Evaluate client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vessels.
• Conduct market research and provide accurate vessel valuations.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and closing documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction process.
• Collaborate with the Bluechip Yacht Sales team to promote inventory and marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine industry, preferably with a brokerage firm.
• Established book of business and proven sales record in the marine industry.
• In-depth knowledge of boats, yachts, and the marine industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in industry-related software and tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
