Inside Sales Specialist

BlueCotton seeks an Inside Sales Specialist with a passion for driving sales and helping customers create the garments that will mark the important memories in their lives! Low energy candidates need not apply!  

The ideal candidate has experience in sales and is ready to develop relationships with our existing and previous customers! This person will be passionate and dedicated to delivering an unreasonable customer experience and ensuring their orders are completed on time and correct. AREAS OF IMPACT

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive return sales by initiating calls with previous customers.
• Serve as a bright spot in the order process by providing unreasonable customer service!
• Become an expert of the Design Studio to understand the customer’s experience while designing so that you may provide suggestions or help troubleshoot problems.
• Find moments to add a personal touch and WOW a customer.
• Develop relationships with customers and anticipate their needs.

Project Management

• Process orders - perform order entry, review orders for correct garments, sizing, quantities, pricing and shipping. Follow up with the order process as needed. 
• Become a problem solver, able to identify potential roadblocks in the customer order and methods to complete the project on time and correct.
• Master the operating system, ShopWorks, so that projects flow through the production process.
• Manage multiple projects daily keeping all on track to complete within the timeframe promised.

Industry Knowledge

• Research and familiarize yourself with product offerings, understanding price point, comfort level, suppliers and shipping times. 
• Advise customers on product replacements and additional items that would be a good fit for their needs.
• Identify trends in fashion and decorating that could be implemented at BlueCotton through new products or techniques.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Experience calling customers to initiate sales
• Proven to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage your day with minimal supervision
• Project management experience is a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

JOB SPECIFICS

• Full-time, onsite position
• Salary - $45,000 per year. Opportunity for bonus pay.
