Job Summary
Bluecrest is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible maintaining and growing the B2B business segment for their assigned region.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generate leads using data-driven sales prospecting
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals via new and existing accounts
- Manage qualified leads thru the sales cycle
- Produce leads and successfully onboard new accounts in strategic territories
- Automate and maintain monthly Sales reporting
- Represent the company at trade shows and call on key accounts
- Perform day-to-day customer service operations
Experience/Skills/Education
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Bachelors degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- An entrepreneurial mindset is essential
- Ability to effectively and successfully complete ambiguous tasks
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a startup environment
Travel
- Travel required for trade shows and customer visits
- Potential travel over 50% of the time
