As a key member of the Brand Design team, you’ll use your skills to push boundaries and create compelling print and digital experiences, captivating omni-channel campaigns, and supporting materials that drive trust and understanding. With at least 4 years of professional design experience, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our work represents the highest standards of design. Job Responsibilities
- Concept and design print and digital projects across all levels of complexity and formats, including development of design templates to establish standard formats for presentations, reports, brochures and other materials.
- Participate and deliver design solutions by demonstrating ideas in a variety of formats.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and quality output.
- Prepare materials for proper hand off to developers, in-house print production, and/or outside vendors.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 4 years - Current, progressively responsible design experience required
Skills\Certifications
- Strong design skills, meticulous attention to details, and the ability to think strategically to create multiple solutions addressing the needs of our members.
- Proficient in Adobe CC with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator,
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a desire to collaborate and learn.
- Must be a team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects while working independently or in a team environment.
