Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Woodshop Manufacturer to contribute to our production process and ensure the delivery of exceptional cold plunge products to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood products, and CNC production. As a Woodshop Tech at BlueCube Wellness, you will play a crucial role in crafting our top-of-the-line cold plunge units, renowned for their quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute woodshop tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Utilize your expertise in wood materials, joinery, and assembly to build high quality frames for our cold plunges.

• Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all products meet our high standards.

• Operate CNC machinery to produce critical frame components.

• Collaborate with the production team to streamline assembly processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and inventory control of components and tools.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing valuable insights and suggestions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wood manufacturing, preferably in the wellness or related industry.

• Proficient knowledge of hardwoods, plywood, and CNC production.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow assembly instructions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.

• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet production deadlines.

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
