What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Bluefin Frisco Sushi & Bar?
Responsibilities:
- Take and process orders for takeout and delivery
- Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
