Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beverage industry, with experience in a nightclub or bar setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering when necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Be up to date on all certifications required
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or nightclub industry is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
