Description
BlueForce, Inc. is seeking Program Coordinators to support the Program Manager by coordinating activities and daily operations of the program and task orders. This position requires deployment to Sub-Saharan Africa.
**This position is subject to contract award**
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager by coordinating activities and daily operations of the program or specific Task Orders, assisting in the development of new or revision of program goals and objectives.
- Confers with, and advises staff and others, to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals; referring to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
- Assist with compiling the monthly status report that include periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
- Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
- Reviews applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
- Plans workshops, meetings, or conferences and coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
Program Coordinator Level 1

Bachelor’s degree and at least six (6) years of prior professional program management experience.
Program Coordinator Level 2
-
Master’s degree and at least four (4) years prior professional program management experience.
Overall Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with senior foreign military officials and/or senior foreign government officials.
- Fluent English language speaking and writing ability.
- Foreign language requirements may apply once contract is awarded.

- Security clearance requirements may apply once contract is awarded.
