Position Summary:
As Data Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting BlueForge Alliance's mission-driven initiatives by overseeing the development and use of data systems, ensuring effective data management, secure procedures, creating advanced analytics reports & responding to data requests. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering and Program Management, to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance strategic decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency within analytics platforms.
- · Managing data storage and security
- · Overseeing data collection and processing
- · Serving as custodians of an organization's data assets.
- · Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making across various programs and initiatives.
- · Develop and maintain analytics reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and key metrics to stakeholders.
- · Collaborate with Data Engineering and Program Management teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- · Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- · Support the development of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance analytics capabilities.
- · Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to continuously improve BlueForge Alliance's data capabilities.
- · Work within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality analytical insights in a timely manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops and trains staff.
- Provides constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations.
