Position Summary:
The Employee Engagement Lead is responsible for enhancing the overall employee journey by creating and implementing programs that foster engagement, inclusion, and retention for both on-site and remote employees. This role focuses on improving workplace culture, promoting employee well-being, as well as ensuring that all employees feel valued and connected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement and Culture Development
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention for on-site and remote employees.
- Design outreach strategies to engage both remote and on-site employees, ensuring consistent communication and connection across all locations.
- Champion organizational values by promoting a culture of belonging, selfless service, integrity, leadership, respect, and excellence.
- Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person events that foster team building and collaboration.
- Plan and coordinate employee events that create a sense of community and align with the company’s culture and values.
- Champion BlueForge Alliance’s values and Customer Credo to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
Recognition and Well-Being
- Manage and enhance employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and foster a sense of belonging
- Identify opportunities to recognize and reward employees who exemplify BlueForge Alliance’s core values.
- Provide resources and advocate for programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Plan and coordinate the annual Wellness Expo and other well-being initiatives.
Employee Evaluations and Growth
- Assist in administering employee surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks to gather feedback and assess engagement levels.
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership and department managers to implement changes that enhance employee experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees, both on-site and remote, feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.

- Technical supervisor to the Wellness Center Coordinator.
