Position Summary:
As Product Lead, you will play a key role in the software development lifecycle and product management to support our mission-driven initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, leveraging your product management experience to support our organizational goals. You will be a key decision-maker who balances business priorities with technical feasibility and user needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defines product vision and strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups to understand the needs and speak on their behalf
- Manages product backlogs to drive efficient development following an Agile framework, to include bug fixes and customer-desired functionality
- Creates user acceptance criteria, requirements documentation, and conduct user acceptance testing
- Oversees product releases and maintains documentation related to features, capabilities, and release schedules
- Promotes an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage tasking of Product Managers/Owners.
- Cross-functional alignment on vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products across the organization.
- Influence decisions related to product development, prioritization, and resource allocation by presenting data, insights, and recommendations.
- Provides constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations.
