Sales Coordinator
Pay range: $65-80k DOE
Our Brooklyn, NY team is expanding, and we are now looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Sales team. You would be ensuring the smooth workflow and brilliant customer service by providing support to our Sales team. Your tasks will also include handling equipment, accessory sales based on incoming requests, processing and coordinating sales orders and communicating with different stakeholders. Experience in working in the technological industry and genuine interest towards technology and physics is a plus.
To succeed in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in economics, business or relevant technical field. You should have experience in supporting sales in an international environment. We need a person who is a fast learner, has an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Since you will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, you should have great time management and prioritizing skills, and you are able to work efficiently under pressure. You are a positive team player, with great problem-solving skills, adaptability to fast changing environment and innovative mindset.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating sales opportunities for auxiliary sales of Spare Parts and other additional items
- Assisting with customer tender process submissions according to set timelines/deadlines
- Processing and coordinating sales orders for US/Canada team sales opportunities
- Communicating with customers and other stakeholders
- Preparing business documentation for sales cases
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in economics/business, or relevant technical field
- Experience in sales support in an international environment, preferably in technology industry
- CRM usage experience, preferably Salesforce
- Basic office IT programs
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
