Location – day one onsite, Minneapolis
Lead and conduct research. Plan, manage, facilitate, and conduct qualitative and quantitative product and user research throughout the product and experience concepting, development, and management lifecycle. Plan, manage, lead, and facilitate workshops, design-thinking processes, and adoption analysis processes with global and cross-functional teams of business, product, design, and technology partners and stakeholders. Analyze, report, and present findings to partners and stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization. Lead product-team conversations to build alignment around problem and solution priorities, and to convert research insights to user stories and prioritize them for action.
Develop artifacts. Collaborate with business, product, design, and technology partners to create and refine experience artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, and information architecture models based on insights captured through product and user research and workshops.
Advocate for research. Work directly with product teams to identify and advocate for opportunities for field input, and to represent field and user insights and adoption principles throughout the strategy, concepting, development, and ongoing measurement and iteration phases of the product- and experience-development lifecycle.
Support research scalability. Consult with and mentor others within the organization in effective facilitation, workshop management, and user-centered design and insights techniques

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
