Associate Director of Philanthropy
Location: SEKY Region: Barbourville, Hazard & Pikeville. Counties covered include Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Leslie, Letcher, Morgan, Perry, Wolfe, Whitley, Floyd, Magoffin, and Pike.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, with occasional weekends as needed
Note: This is a hybrid remote position and may be required to work in office upon hire during the introductory period.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in fundraising; Experience in sales, community relations, or marketing may be considered in lieu of fundraising experience.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to handle various situations with calmness and stability.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Knowledge of data systems and analysis.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend events.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order, that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, with personal auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 in bodily injury coverage.
- Team members will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN) Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.
