Key Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Instructor at BCA, you will:
- Training and Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Commitment to Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills.
- Data Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
- Family Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress.
- Team Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes.

Physical Requirements: You must be physically capable of:
- Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.
Hours of Operation: BCA operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. RBTs may be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on that day.
