Job Description
As a RN Medical/Surgical professional, you will perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. You will also document patient care given, monitor and record patient condition, and communicate with the care team, physician, patient, and family as needed.
You will assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. You will collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, evaluate learning needs of patients and/or family members, and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
