The Patient Concierge Role:
- Requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation appointments.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Greet patients by name in a friendly professional manner
- Worked in a Dental Practice preferred.
- Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors and other team members.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards (Manage KPI's)
- Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when under pressure!
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize completing tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Hours worked- 40-45 Hours per week

Requirements:
- Can immediately build rapport, assess the patient's needs and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
- Professional appearance
- Takes pride in organization
- Detail oriented
- Great at multitasking
- Dentrix experience preferred but not required
- Computer experience is a must
- Worked in a Dental practice preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
