Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our office operations run smoothly. This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Set up dig tickets and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform light cleaning to maintain a tidy office environment.
- Fulfill daily administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with tasks assigned by the Office Manager and General Manager.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
