Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in, hard work, minor plumbing applications, masonry, flat work, and proficiency either excavation equipment. With the ability to lead projects and provide exceptional customer service your position could result in pay increase and other incentives. This role requires proficiency in reading prints, along with a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on designated fleet vehicle and equipment when necessary.
• Fabricate components as needed to support various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Supervise technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety while performing all tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct inspections of daily vehicle to identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.

Skills

• Determined work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships.
• Experience in fabricating parts or components for various applications.
• Solid understanding of light weight frame construction.
• Leadership abilities to supervise and mentor team members effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints for troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 80 per week
